Dear Friends,
I am running for S.C. House District #75 because I passionately
believe our General Assembly needs more people with courage,
more people with strong faith, and more people who will stand
up for the values that we share in our community. If I am
fortunate enough to win your vote, I intend to wake up each
morning, drive down to the State House, and tell the politicians
that the voters from the neighborhoods of Southeast Columbia
all the way up to Forest Hills, and the wonderful neighborhoods
in between demand effective leadership from state
government. Our children are counting on us to work
cooperatively, put partisan politics aside, and nurture a culture of
dialogue that draws us together, not tears us apart.
The election for our Representative is November 7,
2006. On that date our community will have the opportunity to
send a positive and powerful message to the General
Assembly. If I am blessed with the opportunity to represent you
and your family, here is what I will say when I arrive at the
State House:
It’s time for Responsible Property Tax Relief
Make Education a Priority
Focus on Economic Development
I see the state and our community through the eyes of a
businessman, husband, and perhaps most importantly as a
father of two pre-school children. I would appreciate so much
your support in my efforts to bring new energy, common sense,
and commitment to a place where these things seem to be
sorely lacking these days. I would be honored to serve as YOUR
representative down at the State House, and I will go to work
every day focused on making a difference in the lives of
the children and families of our community.
